You will be supported to discover those ‘hard to come by’ moments of self-care and love through the wonderful world of yoga. Helping you to find the balance between mind, body and soul whilst feeling a part of a supportive community free of competition and judgement, you will gift yourself the ‘me’ time you deserve.
