Gentle Hatha

Hannah is currently running a Gentle Hatha Yoga session at Kenilworth Community Centre every Monday morning, 9.30 am-10.30 am. Postnatal

A perfect opportunity to make beautiful memories with your little one, deepening your connection through movement and touch whilst also incorporating gentle strengthening work and flexibility to support you in your postnatal recovery. In this friendly and relaxed class, babies will engage in a delightful interactive experience through rhymes, movement and sensory props and mums can enjoy some all-important bodywork, breathwork and an opportunity to chat with other mums! With a baked goodie and a cuppa at the end, there is really no better place to be with your little one.

Suitable from after your 6 week check if you had an uncomplicated delivery, or 12 weeks after a caesarean section/complicated delivery all the way up until your little one starts crawling.

Private sessions

If you want to truly focus on your own yoga practice and find complete connection to your own body and mind then you may benefit from Hannah’s private one to one yoga sessions based in her yoga studio in Kenilworth for just £45 an hour.

It does not matter if you are new to yoga or if you already have an established practice which you want to take to the next level, Hannah explores this with you every step of the way, providing a tailored package that meets your needs.

Staff wellbeing

Hannah offers yoga sessions for you and your company/business/setting. Sometimes it is hard to fit in self care in life and maybe sometimes it needs to meet you half way, or better still, come to you. Hannah runs staff sessions to fit in around your work schedules, whether it a quick 2o minute lunchtime session to reinvigorate the mind bringing alertness and concentration or a 1hr restorative sessions at the end of your busy working day, Hannah works with you to provide a package that suits your employees wellbeing.
